LEONARD G. FELL -JP
Len has been involved in Building Construction and Waterproofing for 45 years having first started in his father's roofing and waterproofing business back in 1965 in Cape Town, South Africa. After settling in Australia in 1978 Len started Decade Waterproofing in 1980.
Decade is a member of the MBA and HIA of Australia.
Len was a member of the Built-up Waterproofing and Advisory Council in Southern Africa and has lectured on various waterproofing subjects in South Africa, Singapore and Australia. He also holds a full Builders Licence along with a supervisors Certificate
HANK L. FELL
Hank commenced with the company on the 18/1/1988 and completed a company based training period prior to taking over the running of the Contracting arm of the business in 1998.
Hank has over the years graduated into a position of Contracts Director and is now responsible for the day to day running of the company's Contracting Division
JENS PETRY
Jens commenced with the company in April 1999 after arriving from Europe and South Africa with his family. Jens was a successful Builder in Cape Town and had built many prestige homes. His change of direction from building to Waterproofing was a huge bonus for us at Decade and our company continues to benefit from him being part of our Project Management team.
DAMON LATTA
Damon Site Manager commenced with the company in June 1998 after serving his apprenticeship as a 1st class welder and sheet metal fabricator. Again we are pleased that Damon chose a new career path. After a lengthy training period and hands on experience Damon has become a major asset to our Team.
